Welcome to the 1st Edition of the Digital Space Newsletter! Over the past few months there have been a lot of changes at Digital Space and we want to make sure that you know what’s going on, so to help keep you up-to-date on everything that is or will be happening at Digital Space we are introducing our ‘new’ newsletter. Starting with this first edition, you will not only find information related to updates that have taken place at Digital Space, but also details about our featured products and services, tips and tricks to get the most out of your websites, and a few additional areas of interest. Now with the introduction out of the way, since June we have been working to improve many of the key areas of the hosting service provided by Digital Space. Starting with the transition to the new Plesk 8.1 hosting platform and control panel system, you now have access to a significantly improved hosting solution that offers an easy to use interface, 30+ web applications, and far superior security and website reliability. Also, effective immediately each of our hosting plans now offers ‘5 times’ the storage and bandwidth resources than had previously been included with our plans (new specs) so as your requirements grow your hosting plan can now more easily accommodate your needs. In addition to the hosting updates, through your new Customer Manager you now have a central management panel to administer every aspect of your Digital Space account, including your contact information, billing history, payment options and complete plan management for all of your domain name registrations and hosting plans. In the MyStore section of your Customer Manager you can also find information about our latest promotions, including our ‘Free Email Defense for a Year’ offer that is now available. Over the coming months we will continue to enhance the services that are currently available and look forward to hearing your feedback as we do so. Our call center is now available Monday through Friday, from 9am to 9pm EST and our technical support team is available 24/7/365 if that method of contact works better for you.
